🏓Padel Lessons

Padel is played in doubles on an enclosed court, and the walls change everything. Balls you would chase in tennis come back to you off the glass, so patience and positioning count for more than raw power.

Begin with the rules and the underhand serve, then learn to let the ball come off the back glass instead of rushing it. Once you can defend, the overheads come next: the bandeja keeps you at the net, and the vibora adds spin and pace.

Tennis players adapt quickly, but should expect to shorten their swing and use the lob far more often.
